I highly doubt it'll be released... I only know of one person who knows how to do this.

Only a small group of people know how to do this. Their will not be a tutorial released. You can copy a gamertag it was shown in the video. Many people tried to do this an failed, I bet the same will go for this eli fellow.

You don't need to be smart to do this. I gamerpic modded, achievement modded, motto modded, bio modded, first thing tomorrow I'll research this.

this is different from modding your motto or bio. infact if i hadnt seen the video i wouldnt have thought it was possible. because its an xbox live account your information is stored on the xbox live server. not just in your file

Yes, infact it is weird. I sucessfully changed an offline account name, but on that same account online the offset isn't the same so I just need to rest on this and think it is a challenge.

This is way beyond gamerpic or bio, the gamertag is encrypted.

That's an extremly flawed method. When you copy the Account file (The file that has the gamertag) from an offline account to an online account the online account becomes offline only.

Actually it don't if you just copy the conversion method. If you copy the whole block it might as I never tried and I am not taling about the block the screenshot has I assume you aren't either gabe, as you seem you are definitly ahead of that step of first looking.
