    its a standalone program. no install needed.

    i have already posted this somewhere else on this site.
    but i guess two copy's aint bad

    I don't like portable program specially Photoshop because some delete the file readings and they can't even open .jpgs

    1. Just google the image decoder you want (eg. jpeg decoder)
    2. Download it and just put it in the director where photoshop is and it should work.
