Im not sure of the whole mod capabilities but if thats playable for everyone and not just host i would love to play the map, is it just host?

Yeah I know Chitty Snipa did it but.. he only had one layer only in the lowest part of the map (shotgun area where there is a gate on each side) this map is flooded in that area plus in the modle of the map and up top and in a few other locations and his did not have smoke from what i saw i think this is the best flooded blackout in my opinion

Ah that stinks if everyone could see it flooded that would make an awesome custom game match.

i think it acts the same way as skinning H2 maps work, in relation to host
and it always will work that way
