When I skin anything in dothalo, It doesn't just skin the bitmap on that map only but it does it for all of them.. How do I make it just skin the Bitmap on that map only?

That means your editing a shared bitmap, it means its controlled on all maps. Internalize that bitmap so its only for that map.
