    uber visible projectile tool, how to use it

    i will be calling the uber visible projectile tool uvpt for short.for this tut.


    open up ump and go to editors 3 uvpt is in there

    click file and open ur map(any map)

    once u open the map all the weapon tags for that map will show up.

    double click the weapon u want to have visible projectiles for.after u double click the waepon a message box will pop up,click ok.

    next go to the trigger editor page,in the first drop box pick the weapon u double clicked eariler.

    click the arrow in the second drop box and a 0 will drop,click that.

    next go to TOOLS at the top of the window and look for fill in info for.if u used a rifle pick the rifle u used to fill in the info for,do the same for pistols and the brute shot which is in other.

    once u have filled in the info for the weapon u chose go to tools and save trigger changes.

    then once more go to tools and resign the map.

    now open up dothalo and the map ur making visible proj for.

    open the weapons and choose the weapon tag u made the visible proj for.

    look in the dependancies window and u will see that the proj has been swaped with a rocket or plasma pistol bolt for plasma weapons.all u have to do now is swap the proj with whatever u want.u DO NOT have to change any thing else unless u want to make the weapon look different.

    now save changes fix ecryption resign the map and ftp to ur xbox.

    post finished product in IBOTMODZ.

    heres a little tip if u did not already know. u dont have to do this to the rocket launcher or the plasma pistol because they are model weapons.
