All I did was update my source list from Shai and the Community sources..and now when I open up installer, it loads...stops for a sec...then crashes. Can anyone help?

This is actually an iPhone problem...
my best guess would be that your sources list is corrupted as fails. My solution would be to backup all your media, do a restore, re-jailbreak it with like Zibri, or like iBrickr,or even ZiPhone, whichever one is the best. Then reinstall Community Sources and try it then.
