Banning users has never been fun unless your a complete spammer. So evil <3 of phpbb.com has designed a very creative mod. It is called Trolls.

We will no longer ban people for dumb stuff. You will be trolled.

Trolling will not 100% remove banning. Heres a list of the trolls powers.

Yep, instead of preventing them from getting to the site, the user experiences 50 percent of the time one of those things, so the site will take them 10x longer to get what there looking for. So you can't even load the index page without waiting 30 seconds.

Love the new troll update. Glad the april fools prank is gone.

We don't exactly have spammers anymore. Not like the old site anyways.

We need to focus on getting some solid content that will drive people to our site then advertize like crazy.

I was doing that but then a vote I held People said that I should advertise first then post good stuff. I think I'll just post and make a tutorial when I am bored.

Halo 2 advertising was easy, because I embedded iBotModz in my mods. Also I spammed CodeJunkies every day and thats where I got around 2000 members. Also word of the mouth was great, we had hackers and spammers but now we don't. I don't know what to do. I built the site, it looks good. Now what?

Well honestly why would someone want to be apart of this site?

We have low ammount of members, useless posts, pointless sections, crappy arcade.

Our main problem is the users and the pointless waste of time this site is.

The site just shows no reward at all. What do we honestly get out of this site?

A couple sigs? Maybe?

Some of us have been active with the site for like 2 years and there isn't anything rewarding about it. I'm not sure how it could be rewarding but yeah.

I'm not really sure what we can do... But we have to do something.

ummm because ibotmodz is the best...

haha well we get alot more than a couple of sigs....

lets see besides being apart of something great... you learn modding, hacking coke machines(which is awesome), hacking in general, something to be apart of, and a ton of other stuff that i am to lazy to type.

ok so anyone who reads this reply with one thing you have gotten out of the site. i think we need to teach curtis that we do get something out of this site

Or someone could take some php classes and not let me be the only one. If anyone becomes good enough I'll split the earnings with you. Currently I don't pay any sub-admins because they don't do enough. No offense. If someone learned how to use GD (image editor) in addition to the php function CURL with scraping Bungie halo 3 stats then were getting somewhere.

GD is Gif Draw.

You can make images remotely without doing anything. You just program that stuff (Ex. Halo 3 stats) and it moves them into the sig, and makes it dynamic (so it auto updates your halo 3 stats in a image)
