I think that stickies don't stand out enough. It would be better if they were divided a little by a line or something from normal posts because now the only thing is the icon. It's easy to overlook them.

I wouldn't even know where to begin with stickies. There controlled by a phpfile called posting_displayed.php which then points to forum_body.html and I lost it within there. I can't even find where to change that. Added to list though.
