    Trying to fix an xbox

    I'm trying to fix this kid's xbox, and at first, he had the 4th red ring illuminated, and it would also not put out audio or video, so I used the penny trick. Now that got rid of the red ring, but it still refuses to put out audio and video. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Get the secondary error code if the RRoD comes back, more info here. That will allow you to determine the cause of the problem and lead to a way of fixing it.
