]Hi i am currently modding mw2 and odst but the issue is i have no experience with the complicated stuff and have no modding tools for odst so what i need is some help from you guys to make my modding a success if you can help me mod please post links or comments and if its not too much trouble please send me modding tools for both thanks alot.

There is no handbook for modding.

If you find something you don't understand or a have a problem with ask here. Its just too difficult to explain everything.
