    From 1up.com:

Over the weekend, a hacker who identified himself as "Roid-Monkey" gained access to Hryb's Major Nelson account and modified the account, Kotaku reports. The hacker shared his Skype username and offering to hack into any Xbox Live account for $100 in the biography, name, and location fields. A YouTube video also surfaced that appears to show someone going through the profile on Xbox.com.

The situation, however, has since been taken care of. Hryb announced on Twitter that he had regained control of his account as of Sunday night. Xbox Live Director of Policy and Enforcement Stephen Toulouse also addressed the matter on Twitter, promising that it would be investigated. He later added, "Looks like this was very specific and very targeted to Major. I'll look into the details and report back later."

They took one of the largest icons out. So I guess either there is truly a security breach, or another pass steal.
