You can make a free MSDN account, but to get the downloads you have to pay. Which makes these accounts a bit questionable...

The fact that they offer the downloads isn't questionable, the legality and legitimacy of them (being the accounts) however, is.

the accounts are created by my admin account on the spot so they are legit and brand new.

my admin account has been suspended for a while, "i downloaded" too much or something stupid, so give me about 5 days and i will be able to sell more.

This looks like an 100% scam. Cause
#1 - It costs money and its 100% illegal to be selling Microsofts product
#2- He's completely new and right off the bat he wants to help everyone.
#3- He's and admin "the accounts are created by MY ADMIN account on the spot so they are legit and brand new." and yet he got suspended? "my admin account has been suspended for a while" That doesn't make much sense, but ya, good luck on this OP.

I trust him, my friend has one of these accounts and he sells keys for like $5-10 each, this would be a pretty good deal if you know you can sell the keys.
