mabye its a military machine that they are planning to stick an ak 47 on top off?

Its just a smart robot. I went to the Museum of Science and industry and they told us about the different kinds of robots, including this one, and they showed us this exact video. I can't remember all the details though.

lol its not a big deal, i seen it like a year ago in cold lake XD they were testing its navigation in the woods of the air base there, its tall tho its almost as tall as me, the idea was to help campers bring stuff with them so they wont have to carry it and if needed the robot will go back and tell someone that the camper is in trouble and it will give the exact location with a built in GPS

NO NOT BLIND PEOPLE how would they see the buttons and the screen on the back and read instructions on how to use it XD

EDIT: well i guess buttons would have brail BUT STILL the screen of the GPS
