Hello, I've recently been thinking if it's possible to convert a .map file into a con file? If this is possible could people mod or have dev mods on a retail 360? Any info would be helpful. Please and Thank You

A usermap is just a file that tells the game to load the map and then place objects on it. its not really a map.
