    think we should all try to greet new members. Like ask them
    If they need anything, offer help, ect.

    I think this would help make more active members.

    Anyone agree?

    I think people don't do it enough. I see people ask for help. Then everyone calls them a noob and tells them to google when we could just help them here.

    I try to help as much as i can, its just annoying that they dont look at the forums and they just ask for everything, they cant do anything by themself.

    When I first came here, you greeted me by saying, " F-you!".
    But to me I guess that's a warm welcome to me....

    How about a generated PM to them? That everyone can write a small snippet for?

    Like

    "Hi, I'm Peaches. You'll see me around. PM me anything about Halo 2 or original xbox. I'll help you"
