    Ah, yes. I've seen this before. Your Xbox 360 has a serious case of Down syndrome. I suggest you either kill it, or take it to the doctor to be replaced - er... I mean... helped.

    Yeah, they refurbished my old xbox. But i don't want to spend like $100 on something i just got "fixed". Do you think if i yell at the India enough they'll repair it for free?

    Make it get the red rings.. thats what i did when my drive went out lol they sent me a new console and a one month.

    I dont think its anything to do with over heating though. I took off my HD and it didnt freeze at all. And the second i put it back in, it froze so i'm thinking that i should format my HD, i read that it can get corrupted online so yeah. I have a transfer cable to transfer all my stuff but can you guys tell me what partition i should transfer? All of partition 3? Or just the Content folder of partition three?

    No i didnt mean you had the rings i meant give yourr console the rings to send it in and get it fixed for free, but now that you say that it has to be a HDD issue.

    It's not perfect but what i did was take everything off of partition 3 via transfer cable and stored it on my computer. Then i formatted my HD just to see if that was the problem. It's still a little bit laggy sometimes but it doesnt freeze.
