That is only because you do not like Mattyovers, thats the reason why you dont want people to listen to him, in my opinion he is a nice guy and is good to communicate with.No... that's just part of your CON public key. It's the Certificate Owner ManufactureDate.
Don't listen to mattyovers. Ever.
Anyways, the Halo Wars saves are encrypted. To edit them, someone will have to figure out how to decrypt them.

It might also have to do with the fact that he likes to talk out of his ass and is on a modding team which has stolen from unknown and I.

I wasn't offering to explain how to upload a file, I was asking someone to upload one. -.-Just put the con in a zip or rar file in order to upload it..
also thats a really simple tut, anyone could figure out/ do that.

So the only thing that has been accomplished here is being able to change the date the CON was created, inserting random text into the encrypted save, and finding a PNG image inside of the CON? lolwut
