    I was wondering if there was an ad system that meets the following requirements:
    • Uses Paypal
    • Allows money to be sent to people younger than 18 years
    • Doesn't use audio in the ad's
    • Pays a decent amount

    You don't need to verify your paypal to get donations. I get donations with a unverified account.
