If i download it through the account, then it works for everyone on my xbox, then i give it to the winner who can download it through the download history. They get to keep the account.

No idea, im guessing with your account, when you connect to live it updates, thus stripping me of the maps if i did that.

walmart isnt stupid, they wont even let you return it un-opened so good luck with that.

Just slice the top of the plastic covering the case open and bend the case so you can stick your fingers in and take out the code =D
