I see this happening alot lately, so I feel this needs to be addressed.
I will simply outline what happens per Usergroup if you are caught flaming another member, or harrassing someone.

Member
1st Offence - 12 Hour Ban.
2nd Offence - 1 Day Ban.
3rd and 4th Offence - 1 Week Ban.
5th Offence (If Applicable) - Permanent Ban.

VIP
1st Offence - 1 Day Ban.
2nd Offence - 1 Week Ban.
3rd Offence - VIP Status Stripped.
4th Offence - Permanent Ban.

All previous occurences do not count, as of now this is in effect. I couldn't care less if you decide to follow the rules, you all get 3 chances before perm ban. VIP don't get more leniancy, they need to understand how we enforce rules. Have a nice day.

no vips get less because they should be the ones that he new members look up to for assistance...but venom is not a person i would look up to

Lol, honestly I think we need to get even more strict then these, people just don't know when to end.

Personally I think we need more staff on the site, it seems all the staff is on at once, then it is just members.

Yesterday in the chat box, I witnessed the biggest flame war and the only mod on in the last 360 minutes was Steven. He didn't say anything to anyone, so I am sure he wasn't even here either. We should always have staff on, because some VIP (which is sad) do most of the flaming.

We should strip EVERYONE of VIP, and EVERYONE should have a fair chance to earn it. The thread Peaches made, could get anyone into VIP that had 200 post. We have flamers, 7sins spies, etc. in the VIP. We need to like reform this a little I believe.

If you are a useful poster (which you are) then you shouldn't worry if you get stripped of status. It would only be fair to take it away from everyone. You and other members that deserve to be in VIP should have no trouble re-earning it.

VIP get less leniancy b/c they should already know the rules, they have earned their spot among ibotmodz best.

Members are new, and need to understand the rules and get involved first, so they get more leniancy.

Spamming/Viruses/Porn warns/bans are still different, these rules are only for Flaming (Harrassment)

I think VIP should have even less chances, such as

First offense: 24 hour ban.
Second offense, 24 hour ban, stripped of VIP status for a week.
Third offense: Permanently demoted.
Fourth offense: Permanently banned.
My opinion, I hate to see VIPs flaming new members, there is a difference between setting them strait and flaming them, remember that guys.
