I have a lovely idea.
Whenever I'm online or in the shoutbox (at my home pc (AIM/MSN)), if I see anyone flame someone, I ban you for 2 days. I don't even ask why you were doing it.
If the other person is flaming back (and I see it), they get 2 day bans too.
If a new member is flamed, you get 1 week banned.
