So instead of flipping through pages and pages of forums on Xbox.com, you could just have an Expirienced Xbox agent right at your fingertips ! Just call the Toll Free number to start talking to the computer generatd guide, Max. From there Max will take you through some information and you'll be on your way to talking to a real person in no time.

If you do not feel like waiting for Max to take you to an agent, Just say Agent at anytime and he will take you straight to an Xbox agent, (If available)
Agents are only available from 9am to 1am Eastern Time
