Go to download.com and search "any video converter" it will give you the "any video converter 2.6.7" its free and it converts almost any video type. (including wmv and mpg)VLC media player can change movie files.
download it here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
open up your movie, go to file-wizard-transcode/save to file-name and choose where to change from and choose file type and your done.

Of course they would know, but if you changed the GUI it would be hard to convict you of anything, there are tons of programs that do the same exact things but have differant UI's.No, that would be illegal, that's why when you click "agree" on the "EULA" (End-User's-Liscense-Agreement) It clearly states, no unauthorized or invalid reproduction of this program is admitted, therfore you are making unathorized "modified" copies. And even if you changes everycopy right symbol and logos to like Ibotmodz logos, and mod names for staff, there is still very much proof it would be photoshop, heck even if you give it an entire new GUI, they would know...

Hes saying if he modded those to be unlocked. And no, you still wouldnt have recond, and your account (console) would be banned very shortly after.no, you need all the halo3 vidmaster and halo 3 recon achievments to get recon.

If its possible, and as long as someone trustworthy released it, I would trust it.Now that I think of it, your right. The problem is many people would be suspicious and think that there might be "hidden" functions in the program.

Nuetral flag would seem kind of stupid, becuase whoever grabbed the flag first and walked 20 feet in their bases direction would have a huge advantage. Ive never played it before, so I wouldnt know though.So they let us place neutral flags, but the gametype itself doesn't exist?
I remember playing Flag Wars on Waterworks on Halo 2, and that was a fun game type.
