Changing the water level, color, size texture etc is not hard considering that nearly all the values are mapped out for you.

The easiest way to show would be: (Construct Tut)
Click 'rmw' tag > 'Unknown 2' > 'Unknown 3' > Click the 4th Chunk on the left > Change 'levels\multi\riverworld\bitmaps\riverworld_water_diffuse' to whatever or Null

character swaps

Swaps are just replacing identifiers, if you did mod you could do every swap.
T3A_guy explained that you failed.

Not really, Nearly everything you mod in Halo 3 was exactly like Halo 2.
Just gets old, not fun/happy.

No one here can do Campaign saves. It is easy making the 'personal' file, but you wont be able to get it working on a Retail Xbox 360. You need special tools (Private) which you will never get.

BTW, Im selling my 'Dev' Kit, if anyone is interested PM me.

Anth0ny said he can make a scarab gun out of a save, but not yet a pelican because not only flipping, but it constantly falls through the floor.

The only thing you can do in a save is swap Bipd's and Objects around the map.
