I need every tutorial ever made for this.

I know I can google it but Im sure some of you guys have had experiance and might be able to some up how to use it

What is there to understand?

 

Joomla is a content management system that aims at providing articles in more of a archive fashion as opposed to a blog fashion. You need to understand that you might have the greatest HTML and CSS skills ever, but you don't need most for Joomla. Imagine Joomla as a base station, you go out and get a template, a few adds-on (called modules) and put them on your site.

 

If you want to play around (and I think I already told you this) get Wamp Server >> http://www.wampserver.com/en/index.php

From there you'll be able to install Joomla and have a blast experimenting.
