Decatur Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 I don't know what process is doing it or why, but sometimes (only when my volume is up) my computer randomly makes this noise that sounds like the strumming of a harp. I don't know what is making it, it is software related, and I've noticed for about a week.
