Model Skinning

i need help on how to skin a model.... like make a weapon have camoflaugeeeeee

To have camo. You pick up camo then use it.

 

To make it clear, I would use the shaders.

 

However, modeling has nothing to do with making the weapon invisible. If you wanted to make it invisible, just make it really really small. That would require the least amount of work.
