patching a sppf patch to a map

there are diffrent programs that you can use to do this, 1, all the UMPs [ultra mega pack] or, dot halo modding program.

 

This is how u do it if you are using ump, first before you do anything makesure you have your CLEAN map ready and the sppf patch downloaded or made. now what you do first is ther will be a drop bar that says patchers and resighners, a drop bar will come down. first, select super ppf friend. NOTE: its pretty hard to miss because its a tydye window. any way select that. now there are i think 4 places that you can enter stuff the top one says select map and create a sppf patch if you were making your own go there to patch it, but if your not look at the 2 bottom ones, to the far right there will be floppies click the picture of it and select the approprait files. input the map and the patch and click "apply sppf patch". wait till its done loading and then exit that window out. now go to the drop bar again and click CMR, not CMR2 now once you get there go to were it says select map. select the map that you just patched, after you do that a little thing will light up saying sign map sign it and then your done! now just ftp it to your box.

 

 

 

to FTP so to make it so it knows your box is connected you have to make a directory for it using the ip adress you got from the unleash x dash board. after you do that 6 folders will come up. now go int to c and a few folders will come up i think u data and tdata go to tdata and look for the one that has a 64 and the end of it. after you do that a few folders will come up 4 to be exact search through them until u find the map. now what you want to do is on the xbox side of the ftp delete the map that is on your box currently and put on the new one from your computer to your box
