Bungie's Judo is Strong, but not strong enough!

Here, we have a Recon helmet, Security shoulders, standard EOD armor.

Above shown is the Recon helmet, Recon shoulders, "Bungie" armor. "Bungie" armor is actually EOD armor with a puff of flame floating above it, so any helmet can appear to have flames coming out of it.

Recon and Bungie armor are flagged as "locked" (0x0001) like many other armor customizations, but also "hidden" (0x0002) (flags resulting in 0x0003) - this can be seen in "mainmenu.map".
