D.HeRo♥ Posted November 10, 2007 Report Posted November 10, 2007 Done By Roofus lol Hes Got 296 thousand gamerscore(this is his original post)and some post is from a dif sitehttp://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/2740-544.jpghttp://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/2740-545.jpghttp://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/2740-546.jpgEdit for all Bungie Kids to read: Go suck on Bungie's c0ck, faggots. It's their fault for being idiots and not making it more secure. I hope that we soon crack the game wide open and ruin it for you kids. For you people that don't know, Roofus is a well known 360 hacker. he hacks gamer score, and is #1 on the leaderboards. His GT is "Sufoor". If you don't believe that he did this, you are a noob. This is Roofu's exact post (CLICK ALL IMAGES TO ENLARGE) Bungie's Judo is Strong, but not strong enough! Here, we have a Recon helmet, Security shoulders, standard EOD armor. Above shown is the Recon helmet, Recon shoulders, "Bungie" armor. "Bungie" armor is actually EOD armor with a puff of flame floating above it, so any helmet can appear to have flames coming out of it. Snapshot of Appearance screen with Bungie armor selected (tag blurred out) (not a Bungie employee ). No flames in settings screen! Recon and Bungie armor are flagged as "locked" (0x0001) like many other armor customizations, but also "hidden" (0x0002) (flags resulting in 0x0003) - this can be seen in "mainmenu.map". Another post from Roofus: Quote:The unlock variable for "Bungie" armor, which provides the flame puff for the helmet, is stored in your online storage for Halo 3. It is not set any other way. That means, there is no amount of magic tricks like getting a number of kills, getting medals, beating the game with just a plasma pistol, dancing like a bungie employee... that will get you the Bungie armor. Either, someone at Bungie would have to edit it into your online profile (fairly unlikely unless you are in fact an employee), or you would need to be able to edit the clientside checks for that variable (or edit the variable in memory) in game code, or in the map file.
