Ya.. its samsung. so it is flashable... i have a sata card and the firmware.. just didnt take the time to flash it yet.. but if that will make you want to buy it i could... also um.. yes you can get them flashed for cheap but this comes with alot of games and accesories ... um well for how much u pay for console only? (i think that awnsers all three questions above )
