The Ibotmodz Challenge

 

Hello Everyone!

 

Today i had an idea to create a series of challenges in the form of windows applications they were to involve decoding, cracking and problem solving.

There will hopefully be a new challenge every few days, providing its popular of course!

I will be constructing a small leader board to show who is "In The Lead"

so for each one you complete you must say so in a reply and if possible post an image of the app.

Order of completion from left to right e.g.

Sillybob123, Wackogamered, Darkslipstream < I completed first, Wackogamered Second, Slipstream third< and so on

Challenge 1

 

Instructions:

there are four text boxes all containing Hexidecimal Data

you must convert these Hex's to decimal and correctly enter

the right one in the final answer box.

Challenge 2

 

Instructions:

Ok each text box has a number add 2 onto it, so e.g. say the number is 19 add 2 = 21

now either 2 OR 1 could be the number you need for the code

 

remember:

textbox1 - First digit

textbox2 - Second digit

textbox3 - Third digit

textbox4 - Fourth digit

 

First 2 Numbers are : 78

 

UPDATE: I am releasing a bypass to keep you guys going simply open it and you will be able to open challenge 3!

For this you will need basic knowledge of html and be

able to read!

website source code look through it until you find

the password!

easy. If you know hex to dec at all you just look at amount of hex characters

Hey everyone thanks giving it a go the post has been updated with your details and will be if any more people complete it

in future programs i intend to make the programs send me reports of your progress so i no exactly whos where!

I don't understand this. Do I type in just the answer or do I do it as y=x+2 (answer=number+2)?

Ok you add 2 to every textbox

then from each of the numbers ONE of the digits is in the code

 

 

so for example

 

 

15

 

15+2=17

 

split it up into seperate digits

so 1 OR 7 could be the first

digit of the code because 15 is the first textbox

oh and to the people who haven't been able to do this one i may release a small bypass for it so you can get to app 3

obviously only people that did number 2 for real get leader board lol
