Just put it on a flash drive and plug the flash drive in while ur 360 is powered up and you will get a message askin if you wanna update. ^___^

Also once you update ur console you cant undo it. And you cant make avatars either as of yet cuz there is additional stuff that needs to be downloaded to enable them. But have fun and be safe lol the update is only 8mb so dont freak out and think ZOMG its a virus cuz its not.

Major Nelson Said that you wont be banned just wont be able to sign into xbox live untill its official release.

and since i dont have xbl right now i did it. But you never know what Microsoft might do they very well might ban me and all the others who have the update.
