My Pc is running kinda slow and i need to know a way of fixing this without the disk defragment that takes ages anyone no a difrent program

Check what programs are starting up with windows.

Run malware scans.

 

I never defrag my disk and when ever I check its always fine, so I dunno why other people defrag their disks all the time.

Actually, defragging only takes 20 minutes if you run disk cleanup first.

 

What do you do that makes you think 20 minutes is ages?

 

Honestly, the quickest way without chance of viruses is to disk cleanup/defrag.

ctrl+alt+delete and tell me what your CPU usages is and how many processes. We can go from there
