And as for modding GTA4 on the 360, all you could do is mess with the save files, so open one up in a Hex editing program and mess around and figure out if you can change anything.

SotG Caboose Posted May 24, 2009 Report Posted May 24, 2009 I demand you say moreOpenIV is for the PC, it needs the PC .exe to operate. You can get just the .exe for the PC version and then use the OpenIV to open/edit the xbox files from your .iso.
