It's a rom hacked version of 'super mario world' called 'super khold world'

 

In this game khold does everything he can to give you an anurism

 

I personally love it, but physically cannot beat the 2nd to last level

it was a .SMC so i couldnt open it

you have to load it through the emulator

 

 

i personally use ZSNES and there are little tabs

 

 

the top left one, theres a load button

 

 

you should be able to find your ROMS through that, it might take a little while.
