Virus Help?

Hey I think I have a virus but I'm not sure how to get rid of it. Ok its this thing called SAV. Pops up like every 10 seconds saying I have some virus but I dont even know what SAV is never seen it before till now. I also can't close it unless I end the process "SAV.exe". I also can't use any of my web browsers except Slipstream's Hybrid Browser and this thing pops up sometimes telling me about some virus protection software and then immediatley starts a scan. So if you guys know what kind of virus it is and any virus that could be in my processes or system 32 tell me please.

 

Edit: I restarted my PC and it happened for a little bit but it stopped now but I still want to be safe and I got Internet Explorer to work but I have to run it without add ons or else it imediatley closes.

The SAV pop-up is Symantec Antivirus Disabling a Popup, so if you do have Symantec Antivirus turn the warning off or something. Download Malwarebytes and run it.

Ok thanks and the thing that kept opening and scanning was something called "Antivirus2008". My norton picked it up like 2 minutes ago.

lol I had the same virus, its a b**** to get out. Spybot S&D, Superantispyware, Trojan remover, just a few good things to use (if you haven't fixed it yet) Watch out though, You may think you have it all out, but the next time you go on the internet, it may re dl itself.
