Selling xbox live account

Alright, so here's the deal. This is one of my own xbox live accounts that I had for a while. It was my second account that I had, and I had bought 10000 microsoft points with a CC (I got it removed by calling up microsoft). Recently I wanted to get myself a rapidfire controller, and I am approximately $20 off my need. So I am selling it (dont need it anymore).

Here is what is on the download history for the taking:

 

- 12 arcade games (some 800 point games, some 400 point).

- some themes (including bungie's 1-day only theme & gamerpicture).

- Both halo 3 map packs, and the CoD4 variety map pack.

 

The highest skill in halo 3 is 22 (didn't work on that too much).

In CoD4, is a low level (I spent most of my time on CoD4 playing private matches).

 

I am asking for $22 via paypal (the extra $2 to cover paypal's fees).
