apparently bungie has a secret forum where you ca go if you have a code that lets you download elite hayabusa, recon armor the flaming helmet function it doesnt go by the seperate helmet its a function that you can turn on if you want for all helmets

no the flaming "helmet" is a chest piece exactly the same as EOD chest but with flames at the head.
