need a tut

well i think this is the right section for this im new to H2 modding i know how to mod halo3 as some of you know ive had some troubel with some h3 modding programs (johnson) so ive desided to try modding h2 see if i can get that to work for me so i went to modding tuts to try and find some sarter tuts but i couldnt find any they were all on how to use difrent program that idk if i even need them or how to do something ect. so im wondering if someone could right up a good tut on what i need and what to do what they are used for ect if someone has a link to a tut it would help as well but if anyone were to right up a tut that was great for starting out that would be great like how to do basic mods well thats all any halp would be greatley appricated

Read the tutorials here they are all easy. That post is huge so use the index, find the tutorial you want and then ctrl+F and write the title of the tutorial you want.
