Not bad, just a few problems. The background is bright and distracts attention away from the focal (text in this case). And the background is a little crazy, going everywhere. Just keep at it and start reading some tutorials . Keep it up .

Its pretty easily done well this is how i would do it select the shape turn it to transparent thingy in the bottom left and then hold shift while dragging walla u will then have a continuing slinky ish shape etc..
