All you do is take surveys and earn points (e-rewards money) most surveys very from 2.50- maybe 10.00 but the key is to say your main field of work is medical and when you get a survey that has to do about a medical field just guess on the questions.Like today i got a survey worth 50 points and completed it and 50 points translates to a 25$ gamestop gift card so i ordered my gift card and it should be here in a week (my friend already got one from this so it works) But the catch is that its by invitation only so maybe you'll get lucky and get one Edit* And its completely free no filling out offers or paying for shipping
