jrjonanddad1 Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 i personaly think that what darklegacy is doing is going to get bungie in some serious legal trouble because a lot of kids minors and stuff are playing halo 3 lookin at these screenshots and then there perents see this that would make some serious legal trouble for bungie. i think darklegacy should have both his credit card banned and his ip adress for both console and modem from xbox live, his credit card should be banned from buying 1,6,12 month xbox live cards and anything to do with xboxlive. that should happen to him, he deserves it.

I disagree I don't think bungie will be held responsible for the actions of a person in fact when you sign up on xbox live it says that this kind of thing is not allowed and i thank someone should report him and the game is rated M (but yeah technically the game is for 17+ and by law anyone under 18 is a minor) and the game was not meant for kids 16 and under, most places like wal-mart won't even sell such a game to a person under 17 parents have to buy a game, going into another factor I thank dark legacy could actually get in legal trouble for giving porno to minors and technically it's not gay (guy to guy) that he posted it was ******* (girl to girl) so get your facts straight (but by any means no one should have ever went this far in modding) Edited July 22, 2008 by ZZmoddudeZZ

Simply said, when people start making porn pictures and uploading them to bungie, where just about EVERYONE on XBOX LIVE is underage. In the US it's 18, and Canada it's 19. I seriously doubt anyone here other than a few staff and dedicated members are over that age. I, myself do not give out my real age, but since everyone is going to ask, I am 18 in Canada. I don't mind a few laughs, but I don't like it when people who are 10 years old and have to look at xbl-freezing pictures, or gay men rubbing each other. This can be, and is now Closed.
