Well, I can say this is good, but there are problems.

 

Light sourse is a TAD to bright. Just a tad...

The wings are too... Flat? I think thats the word i'm looking for. The color and stuff is just way to flat.

 

I personally think the pen tool looks good in this, but going with cesar, you use it WAY to much! Lol

 

As for the border, very nice job! I like the way it switches!

 

Overall, i'll give you a 7/10!

ur light source is way to bright blend it with soft light or something,

and the pentool is usually to point towards flow but urs doesn't and the text is

not really good 6/10
