But, on teh bright side if it does happen, then those STUPID CHAIN LETTERS "if you refer this SS to 10 friends you get Recons" will finally CEASE.

They would not be able to just add in a new Armor Perm , though they could give out recon, as it is on the H3 disk, but their system in place for Armor Perms is build in a way that adding new ones would mean rebuilding the system completely. which = too much work. which = never gonna happen.
