Having problems with meaia center

Now several times i have tried to play a movie(usually downloaded) through the widows media center function on my xbox, i have a problem withthe format or licence or something, does anyone here know of any other way to play videos through an xbox without windows media centre?

The video needs to be formatted in AAC (4bit) I believe. Otherwise it fails that.

if its licensing make sure you have the DRM downloaded to your PC (in other words, you must be able to play it on your PC and WMP first.)

 

And if it wont play, I encode a lot of files and am a self taught Encoder, I've been encoding up to 50 GB of Movies each month, (though its VERY time consuming). I could help you to encode it correctly to play it on your 360, like i did with al my .mkv 1080 Bluray/HD-DVD ripped 5.1 DTS movies.
