ok befor i used to hve to hex edit again beacuse nothing has changed then it would work but now it happens every time so if some one could tell me how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

I use hxd and it works fine for me so idk try using hxd and see if it still happens.

i do it dosent work then i think its beacuse i dont rehash just resign idk but its really annoying

you know you have to rehash and resign

There are rehashers and resigners in the H3 Modding Tools, use those to make your map work. Rehash first, then resign. Hopefully this helps,
