Dark Slipstream Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 You can earn all Recon armour by doing something funny/impressive towards Bungie either ingame or out. To get Flaming Helmet, you need Bungie Chest which you can only receive when you Bungie Employee, like Nuklear said.
