step 1. Start out on Quarantine Zone on Legendary

 

step 2. Now once you've started out, turn and head back

 

step 3. Go through the tunnel, and keep hading back until you come to a small part the sticks out of the wall.

 

step 4. you should be able to walk on it.

 

step 5. Still keep going until you reach...
