For anyone updating from version 0.4.5 or lower, please note that all the permissions will be reset. The old permission system has been replaced and after the update will need to be re-set. The categories will not be visable until the new permissions are set.

 

For anyone looking for a sample portal block, the code is located inside the User guide module in the Arcade ACP tab.

Note: No registration is required at either site to play or view the arcade. However, for your score to be saved you must register.

 

User Guide - This is out of date now. Since version 0.6.0 it has been moved an acp module.

 

Please make sure to follow the Modx files for the core edits and the style edits (located in the templates folder in the download).

 

I am also looking for people to create some category images and/or replacement images for any of the images inside the arcade to release with it and if any one could provide any other language translations it would be greatly appreciated. This version also includes the ACP Download Games module. If you are providing games for download please pm me your site url and I will list it here.

Please note if you are not running version 0.4.2 or later and the download site is, or vice versa, you will see errors. Make sure you update to the latest version.

Thank you to NiceM for of helping iron out the bugs, hosting an additional demo site and providing the Danish language files for the arcade.

 

There are now some category images included in the contrib folder. They were created by Steve_B so I would like to thank him as well. If you visit http://www.archersrest.com/arcade/ you can see all the icons, download the psd file and find any images that are added.

Nice post, was ibotmodz already in the "ACP Download Games Module Sites:" or did you add it?

I knew the guy when the first version came out. Been updating every since, so he put it in. 2000 outgoing links in the ACP download manager are recorded monthly. It helps.
