this is almost like vector but not really. its a different style, but i'm not sure if i like all those colors lol.

I think Nurato should have been centered more, but thats my opinion. 7/10

Hm yea,

i should have placed him more in the middle

Cut off Narutoa. His colors don't match at all. Add a solid color creature, like a Pikmin. Then that would look more vectorized. Then its perfect.

 

As of now I hate Naturota.

yeah it would be more vectorized, but i don't think he was going for vector.
